No, the keyboard Allegro driver is unrelated.

Emulate_three serves the purpose of emulating the third (middle) mouse
button only, by reporting it as held if both the left and right buttons are
pushed. I don't see how this could be used with a single mouse button mouse,
unless we go against the manual definition of emulate_three under OSX...
