I'd agree with `README', except that `readme.txt' is pointed to by all the
source. And I'm not sure Windows folk like these Unixy names. You can't
double-click on extension-less files, right?
I'm okay for `readme.dj' -> `readdj.txt', etc.
(although I'm sticking with the line that it's not our problem :-)

I'd suggest `COMPILE' or `BUILD' to be about compiling Allegro, and `FAQ' to
be anything else.
