I already found 'readme.dj' wasn't very clear, readdj.txt is worse, to
me. I'd suggest if we have readme files for different platforms, we
make them into something like

djgpp.txt
msvc.txt
mingw.txt
borland.txt

etc etc. Would that be an idea? solves the windows problem with
doubleclicking, and I think it's more clear anyway. Leave a single
'readme.txt' with general instructions and pointers to the other
files.

If we're going to do that, we might as well stick to traditions and
use INSTALL ? Otherwise I agree to put installation notes in an
INSTALL file and keep the rest in the FAQ.
