[AD] get_gfx_mode_list implementation.

hi all! i've been toying around and implemented a get_gfx_mode_list method for the GFX drivers  and a function for fetching all valid modes from the VESA drivers. i've tested it and it works.

 

todos:

-it should not list text modes and other <8 bpp modes, it currently does.

-docs should be added.

-vga driver should have this functionality but i'm not sure about modex driver.

-fetch_mode_list functions should be added for other platforms than DOS.

 

i will take care of todos #1 and #2 and #3 but i need voluntairs to help with todo #4.
