That's a good question...
I initially had the same mind but when I was writing the few needed lines in
the docs, I found that it would be a little annoying to use different
conventions for desktop_color_depth() and get_desktop_resolution().
Nevertheless, I would agree to the change if you also modify
desktop_color_depth() or simply move the get_desktop_resolution() entry
ahead of that of desktop_color_depth() in the docs (so as to make the latter
the exception to the general rule).
