ok, here's some updates. apply to cvs.
also remove readme.mgs, makefile.mgs and the precompiled dependancies
obj/mingw32/al*_s/makefile.dep

done:
-dependancy fixes on mingw32 & msvc regarding windows assembly files.
-almost insignificant documentation update. ;o)
-mingw32 makefile update. (it works now)

todo:
-one last makefile update. apply gcc -shared and .def generation. (henrik)
-fix timezone bug. this is a showstopper and has to be done before next WIP.

peter puck: i've prepared a new set of dependancies. since you cannot
compile theese yourself. i've put them up on my homepage for you.
