No, I mean that when I press SHIFT+TILDE in M$ WINDOWS (oops...), it waits
for another key press, then it prints the zero and the second key. As I
don't know of such an accent, I mapped it as a normal character. I am pretty
sure this is an error, or something like that, in the slovak mapping in
M$ Windows...
