Yep. This patch makes the thing go soo much better. Scrolling is fast now,
and the mouse is still stuck in the window, but sometimes able to get out.

Now, as for the mouse, maybe there could be two modes: one for games like
quake or others, where the mouse plays a constant role in gameplay, and
where it has to be able to roll constantly in some direction. Here, using
mickeys and repositioning mouse (if needed) is great.

Then, for games meant to be run on a window, the mouse is treated like
this, with the exception that if the mouse goes out of the Allegro window,
you position it just on the place where it should have left the window.

Huh, difficult, and impossible to determine it or autodetect. Possibly
annoying for users which don't like to read docs and find out that their
favourite Allegro game has a --mouse-mode switch, or something like that
:-/
