This patch makes OSS driver work again. Also it adds documentation to
allegro.cfg and docs/allegro._tx. And it should be possible to
configure OSS DIGI driver with setup utility (I tested it in DOS by
tweaking some defines, there might be problems with real OSS driver).
Fragment (buffer) size for OSS driver is specified in samples now, not
in bytes. It should be possible to tune fragment size for particular
playback rate and it will stay tuned with selecting mono/stereo and
8/16 bits, as long as these changes do not result in different sample
output frequency, either selected with configuration file or implied
by device capabilities).
