Some macros have yet to be refined (chapter/appendix formats etc.) to match the correct Hungarian typography, but at least this one works, so I pushed it and am going to refine it later. Also check links to PDFs from web. A further nitpick is needed: we
must distribute any new files. I am never sure how to do it, and I
currently don't remember it. Give me some time.
