The server is claiming a precision of ~1ms here. That's bad.

The client uses the server precision as the minimum for its peer delay
and dispersion, so that's where that 1/2+1=1.5ms you see in the
sources report is coming from.
The specs on the vendor's site claim "HW time stamp", but I suspect
it's for PTP only. I don't see any specifications for NTP or PTP
accuracy there.
