Dear Michael,
Well spoted. Actually the same problem was reported to us and fixed..just
two days ago!
Please update TASTE and this particular problem should disappear.
A couple of other minor regressions have been reported with the new ASN.1
compiler, and are being fixed (also another one with the size of the
buffers).
I will notify you when you can update again - most likely within a few
days from now. Sorry for the inconvenience (the new compiler is still
being actively developped and under stress tests at ESA)
Best regards
Maxime

Hi everybody,
I am currently working on a project with a black box device. I noticed
that the encoding size for ACN in bytes seem much too big. Or probably
it is just the same value as the ACN in bits.
For example in the subdirectory of a black box device the file
dataview/dataview-uniq.h contains:
---
typedef double asn1SccMyReal;
#define asn1SccMyReal_REQUIRED_BYTES_FOR_ENCODING 13
#define asn1SccMyReal_REQUIRED_BITS_FOR_ENCODING 104
#define asn1SccMyReal_REQUIRED_BYTES_FOR_ACN_ENCODING 104
#define asn1SccMyReal_REQUIRED_BITS_FOR_ACN_ENCODING 104
#define asn1SccMyReal_REQUIRED_BYTES_FOR_XER_ENCODING 67
---
Also maybe the XER_ENCODING is wrong.
Regards
Michael
