Try install tazdev package.
# tazpkg -gi tazdev
Create new build new chroot environment with tazdev
# tazdev -gc
Chroot in the new build environement
# tazdev -c
Installa cookutils
# tazpkg recharge
# tazpkg -gi cookutils
Setup cookutils
# cook setup
Get the wok and start cooking package.
