Maybe we dont have so much user and contributors using Windows,
personnaly last time I used MS was 3-4 years ago so I can't help. The
only thing I see is go head 4.0 and try our new glibc and kernel 3.2.14.
I'm uploading an ISO at the moment (more in next mail)
