For non FOSS software, we should :
1- add a variable or a comment in receipt with a link to explain that we
are allowed to redistribute it.
2- add something to show that this software is not free.

Otherwise we can provide a get-* package (we do not provide the software and
do not alter the editor download statistics).
Do we need a get-nvidia package and remove nvidia ?
