Saving space ncurses/ncursesw

Hi,

Allways looking to save space I was guessing from a while that we dont
need both ncurses and ncursesw package (in all flavors). Since ncursesw
are the same libs but with wide char support, so I test that:

   * Use last blending
   * Remove ncurses (tazpkg warn about broken dep)
   * Dont remove htop and xterm
   * If you start htop now it will complain about missing dep
   * Link missing library:
     ln -s /lib/libncursesw.so.5.9 /lib/libncurses.so.5
   * Htop now work again

I guess we can do that with almost all or even all ncurses based apps
but it would need testing. Is there some motivated to save space in
SliTaz ISO ? So we can add more harware support (dri, apg, wifi).

I will probably do it if no one is motivate but not now since I would
like to focus on fixing unbuilt packages on Tank.
