hi Christophe,
before everything-- does a bugs@xxxxxxxxxx account exist on your
server. with a pop account - i get a delivery failed to it.
just read the document, i think you will have to login to your
popserver to get mails for the bug tracker, as i assume your
smtp.slitaz.org is on a different machine than the one you have setup
roundup on , if you could provide access to me, ill try and get it
working,
as of now the reply to the registration email gets a delivery failed,
so we could check that first.
from the docs
POP:

    In the third case, the gateway reads all messages from the POP
server specified and submits each in turn to the roundup.mailgw
module. The server is specified as:

    pop username:password@server

    The username and password may be omitted:

    pop username@server
    pop server

    are both valid. The username and/or password will be prompted for
if not supplied on the command-line.
