# tazlito iso2flavor your.iso aFlavor
# tazlito extract-flavor aFlavor
(check /home/slitaz/flavors/aFlvor/*)
# tazlito pack-flavor aFlavor

Yes, I think that it is more or less how I do:

1 get-flavor core
2 extract-flavor core
3 rename it
4 modify packages.list
5 pack-flavor
6 get-flavor (  this step seems necessary, but it is not documented)
7 gen-distro
8 build-loram && build-loram cdrom
9 boot the new sustem on USB
10 goto 4
