[Sawfish] alt-button-1 not passed through to application

Alt-button-1 is configured to move windows around
without having to use the title bar ... which works
perfectly fine, except that applications which use
this kind of key-button combination do not work
anymore because the event is not passed through

tested here with xev

any ideas how to change that behaviour?
