It seam to work. But is is still a minor issue:

Calculating dependencies / * A file is not listed in the Manifest:
'/var/lib/layman/ladi/media-sound/jack-rack/jack-rack-1.4.8_rc1.ebuild'
 * Missing digest for
   '/var/lib/layman/ladi/media-sound/jack-rack/jack-rack-1.4.8_rc1.ebuild'
