Here, I have 2 sound cards. The first one, I don't use it, is the
mainboard sound chip. I get sound from it (from the pc speaker) with
the test button.

On the second one, jack is running all the time.winecfg

I see it too, in the MIDI out devices

Did you try without any ~/.asoundrc ?
