I deleted and create a new user from scratch to see if it could be
something related to groups ,permissions or so.The xterm say now:

Humm...konqueror is part of KDE. I guess Muse is somehow depending on
KDE being on the system. I do have konqueror on my system:

lightning ~ # which konqueror
/usr/kde/3.5/bin/konqueror
lightning ~ # equery belongs /usr/kde/3.5/bin/konqueror
[ Searching for file(s) /usr/kde/3.5/bin/konqueror in *... ]
kde-base/kdebase-3.5.2-r2 (/usr/kde/3.5/bin/konqueror)
lightning ~ # emerge -pv kdebase

These are the packages that would be merged, in order:

Calculating dependencies... done!
[ebuild R ] kde-base/kdebase-3.5.2-r2 USE="cups java opengl pam
ssl xscreensaver -arts -debug -hal -ieee1394 -kdeenablefinal
-kdehiddenvisibility -ldap -lm_sensors -logitech-mouse -openexr -samba
-xcomposite -xinerama -zeroconf" 0 kB

lightning ~ #

Maybe you just need to emerge kdebase, large as it is? Broken
museseq ebuild at fault???

Good luck,
Mark
