Update:

I removed the acpi support both from my bios and from the kernel with
the boot parameter "acpi=off", and it seam to work very well now. It is
2 days ago at I use it without any crash. I use the PIC interface, but I
think at it will behave the same with the APIC.

A goodies with it is at the acpi was on IRQ9 and I can use this IRQ
with my sound card now.
