Dear all,

We will look at the patch this afternoon since (i) we experienced 
behaviors very similar to those presented by Jeremy (specially at 
initialization time) and (ii) we had experimented alternative solutions 
for managing the dispatch of partitions and threads.

We plan to give some feedback within 1/2 days,
