strange, the value to enable should be 0x20, should be ok with 0x66 :
0x20: uae: show EA + CC values after instruction
in my case with 0x6f it works :
00fc007e 4ed0 jmp (a0) == $00000ecc
can you try setting this option from the command line directly, to be
sure it's not a bug ? (my test in STF mode with tos 1.04FR) :
hatari --disasm 0x6f
