Hi Bob,
Thanks very much, I'll try it.
I'm developper, but with a free certificate (no support from Apple).
I cannot distribute and sell my apps. I give them to an association which uses them internally.
That association: https://www.aconit.org

Miguel,

I have attached my Hatari build instructions. I was able to create a binary. I did not bother to embed the SDL and CAPS frameworks for the purpose of testing the compilation in Xcode 12.2. I also did not trim the binary size down since I just wanted to see it compile. I did get a code signing error at the end of the compile that I had to ignore because I do not have a developer certificate.

Gatekeeper also blocked the CAPS framework because it was not notarized. However, I was able to go into System Preferences and approve the framework.

Honestly, I do not compile Hatari much anymore. Troed does such a nice job on the macOS binary that I only try my instructions every few Xcode versions to make sure I can still compile it if I need to.

I tried to compile Hatari under MacOS 10.15.7 Xcode 12.2. I tried first with cmake then doing ./configure and make; make install. I still have mistakes. How is Hatari compiled for MacOS, which method under which OS?
