Yes, thats true. I think Atari just decided that they already had a more or
less working solution for hardware where that signal is not available, and did
not change the drive-media-detection in TOS to make use of that bit.
But of course there might be other programs that try to query it,so it might
make sense for Hatari to emulate it.
