I never used such a setup with Hatari, but i think that should be the easy.
The gemdos drives are mapped just to their corresponding directories, so if
you have lets say 2 partitions on your IDE drive, just name the directory "e"
and you should be done. Only thing that does not work is to mix the order, eg.
have first the partitions from IDE, then gemdos, then partitions from other
drives.
