This has just been brilliantly fixed by Roger Burrows in latest EmuTOSsnapshot. So regarding to EmuTOS, there is no more trouble.

Anyway, the Blitter bug is still present in Hatari, even if it is now hiddenin both TOS / EmuTOS.
