Sorry, these are under Hatari. Didn't realise you wanted real hardware.
Here are the numbers on real hardware:
Falcon (16MHz): Couldn`t measure: always got the msg "No floppy in drive"
TT (32MHz): 300 rpm for both DD & HD floppies
