I assume the OS X menu and sound problem is an SDL2 problem. That is a minor irritation since most people do not spend much time in the menus.
I really hope you can find an answer to the full screen problem. SDL2 looks like a much better answer for OS X users.

OSX Menu work perfectly for me, except for the sound.
For Full Screen mode, I will try to find a way to make it work.
