Mostly cosmetic change, working help, some bug also. Improved english project.
The XCode project (wich is not included) will produce a much more MacOsX Friendly app(embedding all needed frameworks, help, ROM, etc).
Seems that Hatari will now work only with EMUTOS 0.9.0, previous version hang the ST each time, so I put the latest EMUTOS in my build.
