[hatari-devel] Debugger history command improvement

Hi,

One can now specify for debugger's history command whether CPU or DSP
is traced.  By default it traces both (with "history on"), but DSP
can swamp CPU activity so tracing just CPU is nicer for debugging
most Falcon problems:
