Hi Nicolas,

All you say is probably right, but I really think that at least adding
the head/tail infos into the debugger would be a good add.

I've done a few tests these days with both the new and the old cpu and
compared with my Falcon.
All my tests concerned only the 68030.

I'm running a big loop with 1 move and 1 add.

On the real Falcon, it runs at 4 VBLs
On hatari old core, it runs at 3 VBLs
On hatari new core, it runs at 2 VBLs

I think we should first try to perfect the Falcon emulation, which is
still quite far from being accurate (in terms of timings).
This concerns mainly the Videl, the BUS and the 68030 itself.

Best regards

Laurent

Hello,

I was just talking about the blitter and adding some "right/wrong" analysis into Hatari about the blitter.

The 680xx and the head/tail information is different, there's no real analysis in it, it's just about printing how the instruction was handled.

Nicolas
