The question about an input operator has been blocking for 3.3.
Did you remove the block?

Not yet, but if we cannot converge within a month, then yes we'll have to remove the block as for the many other small enhancements which are currently tagged as blocking 3.3. Real bugs are real blockers, but enhancements are more like "let's try to have it for the next release, but not at all cost".

 

PLEASE, don't postpone the decision about an input operator!

the other way round would be much worse (i.e., postponing 3.3 by months because on an input operator).
