Wow, that's nice!
Congratulations and big thanks for the new Eigen doc.

"Panel Sync" and "Search" are superior.

Just an idea:
Maybe the search could cover the Chapters content even a bit more by 
adding more title texts (e.g. "Euler angles").
Could the title numbers be avoided?
