Dongarra (of LAPACK fame) maintains a list of freely available linear
algebra software. The list is
kept at http://www.netlib.org/utk/people/JackDongarra/la-sw.html and
is regularly circulated and used by folks like NA Digest subscribers
(http://www.netlib.org/na-digest-html/faq.html).
It'd be very worthwhile from a visibility perspective to submit Eigen
to them. I don't know the Eigen feature list well enough to be able
to do it (correctly) myself.
