It's not just a warning but an error. That is because no files are
installed when I use ipkg. I downloaded and extracted the .ipkg manually
to assure the archive isn't broken, but all the files are right in the
..ipkg.

Yeah, thanks for fixing that, ipkg now downloads the right package but
can't install it :)
