[casetta] Casetta_gtk 0.3 : start of the work

Hi,

I've started working on casetta 0.3. In the last svn (rev 131), you can
find casetta_gtk with a completely new code organization, more modular
and more easy to maintain.
I've also begin to implement the new tabbed interface, as described in
mockups in march. There is also some little improvements (see the
default path in open/save as), and... a working syntax highlighting!

Now the implementation of new features can became, next step is a gui
for the new serial transfer tool.

Test it in all ways you want, send your ideas/feedback about the gui,
its the time!
