[casetta] Casetta_gtk: transfer tool

Hello,

I've just uploaded in the svn repository a working version of
casetta_gtk with the interface for the new serial transfer tool. All
tests, feedbacks, comments are welcome.

The transfer tool is now compatible with a new link, the usb link from
Util'Pocket ( http://www.util-pocket.biz/ ), witch is fully managed by
the linux kernel 2.6 (on ubuntu, you will need to remove the program
brltty to access to /dev/USB0), probably also with the serial link from
Util'Pocket, and maybe with the usb link from casio (the one bundled
with new casio 65). If anyone has this link, all tests/comments are welcome.
