Hmm, I kinda forgot about Savannah. It does look somewhat more active than GNA ever did, and I suppose it claims to host a whole bunch of active projects.

Let me look into it.

Why not use Savannah? To me it looks like it should cover your needs,
mailinglists, issue-tracker and git repositories. And then you wouldn't
need one place for issues, another for mailinglists, and a third for
repositories.

And it is very similar to Gna.
