I still need to go through and do some clean-up across the board for
the menus for memory leaks, etc. I'll check this out when I get to it.
(Probably mid December.) I have a new mac mini that I can use to get
the OS X menus working.

The main limitation will remain that GTK window menus aren't possible
unless somebody writes a GTK window driver, as I don't think there's
any way to insert a menu into a window it didn't create.
