Re: [AD] 3D math routines removed from 5.x?

I think 3D math routines and quaternion routines are essential for 3D games even it ended up with DX or OpenGL and the way they fit in the 4.x API seemed quite good. It is really a surprise to me that they would be dropped in the 5.x API. Is there any thread / article to explain the reason?
