git-svn goes the other way around.
But it got me wondering:

So it *would* be possible, at least with github, to allow (basic?) svn
read/write access to a git repository. Unfortunately it happens to be
broken right now[1] but I assume it will be restored by the time we
seriously consider a switch.
Developers would need to sign up with github as well, which is kind of
annoying, but that's really only a few people.
