I added OS X framework support but didn't really test it. Someone
please try it out.
I also made a few changes to the library naming scheme. One change that
wasn't discussed earlier is that static libraries and import libraries
no longer have version suffixes, i.e. you link with -lallegro.
The downside is that liballegro.a (A5) might be confused with liballeg.a
(A4).
Finally, I think we should have a 4.9.18 release this weekend.
