When original display flags/format is not enough for your needs.

One more thing: We need a ALLEGRO_IS_COMPATIBLE flag, default set to 1 and 
REQUIRE, which lets you choose/detect if you are allowed to use allegro GFX 
functions. This could happen for example, if you chose a display format which is 
not on Allegro's list.
