Summary: Resized window loses keyboard input
Initial Comment:
Whenever a window is resized (either by dragging the lower right corner or by al_resize_display()) it loses keyboard input until the window has been clicked and produces an "error beep" when a key is pressed.
Affects OS X 10.4 and 10.5

Works for me on 10.4, I can test on 10.5 later tonight, but I suspect it's
probably fine there too.
