The reason to move to 4.3.10 is that 4.2 is no longer going to be supported. 
All effort is moving to 4.3/4.4 and 4.9/5.x. Plus, 4.4 hasn't really changed 
much, it probably wouldn't take much more than a few file copies to "port" your 
4.2 changes to 4.3.10.
