Interestingly I originally did the port against 4.3 but had to go back to
4.2 as the Amiga's pthreads implementation had some bugs that were causing
4.3 to hang when using certain primitives. However we have a new pthreads
implementation now so I should be able to move back to 4.3.10 for my
release. Thanks for the advice.
