I obtained OSS4 myself of example, but the source installation put it in/usr/lib/oss/include/sys which is not in the include search path. Probably onpurpose not to override the existing linux OSS3 soundcard.h. The file issupposed to be redistributed, if you are compatible with GPL.


Anyway, the build system will detect the file on the system and check the version.
